| Common excuses for not using Real Estate Video Listings: 1) What makes a video listing any different than a photo slideshow? With video, you control the storyline and the creative content. Selling agents are encouraged, but not required, to appear in the video as a walking tour. Build in that personal experience of having potential buyers meet you and the property before meeting face to face. Still pictures simply cannot do that. Only the combination of sight and sound together can create that emotional link. 2) It is too much of a hassle and costs too much. We can work with your schedule or can even work with your seller directly. You can have a custom video for each property for as little as $30 each. 3) Our company servers cannot handle streaming video. Our self-extracting/streaming Flash files are compact, take up little space and will play on any browser. No special coding or special streaming servers are needed. Video begins playing within 5 seconds of clicking on the link. 4) We've seen this type of thing before. I haven't been impressed with the quality. We use the same professional broadcast quality cameras and editing gear that we use for our satisfied commercial and industrial clients. Plus, we add narration and produce in a way which allows people the ability to see how the home fits together. We take full advantage of the powerful medium of sight and sound together and our productions are much better than a slideshow. 5) Video takes too long to put together. After setting a shoot date and shooting the footage, our listings are edited and ready for online approval within 24-48 hours. |
